Let us Pray: Deliver Us

Jesus closes his teaching on prayer with a reminder that our Father stands with us in the midst of temptation and promises deliverance.  Our job is to say “yes” to his work of deliverance and to take the way out.

Jesus rocked the religious landscape in the 1st century when he became God’s divine instrument to dispense forgiveness to humanity.  He calls upon us to embody his ministry by dispensing forgiveness one to another in this part of the Lord’s Prayer

Let us Pray: Our Father

Jesus reminds us to pray “Our Father” which is reminding us of two things. First, our trust of God , and secondly, our dependence on Father.
