Grief is a difficult thing to process on our own because it’s complicated. It can show up in our bodies as debilitating fatigue, insomnia, unexplained illness or as mental health issues like depression, anxiety, or short-term memory loss. Whether your experience with grief is new or you have been working through it for some time, you are welcome. This group will bring assurance that what you are feeling is okay and to be expected, but in the company of others it is possible to heal.
